She was born in Budapest, on the 4th March 1988.

She played on the 7th Eotvos Cup in 2003.

As the most say she is the top ranked Hungarian woman volleyball player. In 2003-2007 she was the member of the age-group Hungarian national teams. Since 2004 she is a member of the adult Hungarian national team.

In 2004 she participated in the Final European Championship, later in 2006 she also played with the Hungarian youth team in the final of the World Championship. These two cups were important steps in her carrier. She was discovered by the trainers of the foreign teams during these cups. She has got the junior player of the year in these two years.

She has become national champion in 2005, then cup winner twice. At home and also abroad as club and national team player she was the most successful player of the current matches on several occasions. She was chosen as the best Hungarian volleyball player of the year in 2011.

She is a member of the Hungarian national team which

won the Euro League (2015) and in the European Championship reached 12th place (2015).

She has started to play volleyball in 1995 when she was 7 years old.

She has spent seven years in Italian championship that is the top ranked in Europe. In 2008 they got from second into the first class by her guides. In the final of the playoffs the Pavia was playing against the Cremona. From the 4 matches it qualified itself to the first class with a ‘3: 1 totals’. Dóra was the best scorers of her team with her 12, 12, 26 and 25 points.) Inter alia she was cover girl of the pallavoliamo.it which is an internet issue of a considerable volleyball magazine. She won with her team bronze medal of the champions League and gold medal in the Azerbaijani championship.

Sokak szerint a jelenleg legmagasabban jegyzett magyar női röplabdázó. 2003-2007. között a korosztályos, 2004-től a felnőtt válogatott tagja.

2004-ben szerepelt az Európa-bajnoki döntőn, 2006-ban pedig Világbajnokság  döntőjében a magyar ifjúsági válogatottal. E két torna fontos állomása karrierjének. Ezeken a tornákon figyeltek fel rá a külföldi csapatok edzői. Ebben a két évben elnyerte az év utánpótlás játékosa címet is.

2005-ben felnőtt magyar bajnok, majd kétszer kupagyőztes. Itthon és külföldön is klub- és válogatott játékosként is több alkalommal az aktuális mérkőzések legeredményesebb játékosa. 2011-ben az év legjobb magyar női röplabdázója.

Tagja annak a magyar válogatottnak, amely megnyerte az Európa Ligát (2015) és amely az Európa-bajnokságon a 12. helyen végzett (2015).

1995-ben (hét évesen) kezdett röplabdázni.

Hét  évet töltött az Európában legmagasabban jegyzett olasz bajnokságban. A második ligából az Ő vezérletével jutottak fel 2008-ban az első osztályba. (A rájátszás döntőjében a Cremona ellen játszott a Pavia. A négy meccsből, 3:1-es összesítéssel kvalifikálta magát az első osztályba. Dóra 12, 12, 26 majd 25 pontjával csapata legjobb pontszerzője volt.). Többek között a tekintélyes röplabdás magazin, a pallavoliamo.it internetes kiadványának címlapsztárja is volt.
