He was born in Santiago de Chile, 27. 12. 1962.

 

He graduated in these Universities: Independencia, Isuco and Catolica de Talpa.

He participated in the 13th Eotvos Cup as the President of the Volleyball Federation of Chile. The girl junior national team of Chile played both in the 13th (2009) and in the 14th (2010) Eotvos Cup.

Jorge Luis Pino Madrid is taking now his second period as the president of the Association of Volleyball of Chile. He had been voted into the chair between 2007 and 2012 first, then he got it again in 2016, until 2020.

He was proud of these results at the end of the period of 2007-2012

- Chilean volleyball became recognized in the international floor

- Devolution in volleyball in Chile - there was 26 association in the country at that time

- They received support from the stat.

A 13. (2009) Eötvös Kupán vett részt a Chilei Röplabda Szövetség elnökeként. A chilei leány ifjúsági válogatott a 13. (2009) és a 14. (2010) Eötvös Kupán is szerepelt.

Jorge Luis Pino Madrid a második ciklusát tölti a Chilei Röplabda Szövetség elnöki székében. Először 2007-2012 között volt elnök, majd 2016-ban újra elnökké választották, 2020-ig tölti be ezt a tisztséget.

A 2007-2012-es periódus végén ezekre volt a legbüszkébb:

- Nemzetközi szinten is elismertté vált a chilei röplabda

- Decentralizálttá vált a röplabdázás Chilében, 26 egyesület működött akkor az országban

- Sikerült elérni, hogy nagy állami támogatást kapjanak.
