22. Eötvös Mikulás Kupa nemzetközi röplabda torna

Időpont: 2018. december 09. 

Résztvevők: 2004-ben és azután született lányok

Helyszínek: Debreceni Bolyai János Általános Iskola és AMI (4029 Debrecen, Bolyai u. 29.); Debreceni Vörösmarty Mihály Általános Iskola és AMI (4031 Debrecen, Angyalföld tér 4.)

A verseny szervezői: : Eötvös DSE, Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Röplabda Szövetség, Debreceni Bolyai János Általános Iskola és AMI, Debreceni Vörösmarty Mihály Általános Iskola és AMI.

Lebonyolítás: Minden mérkőzés két játszmáig tart. A jelentkezők száma után küldjük a pontos lebonyolítást. Valószínűleg két csoportban csoportmérkőzések, majd keresztjátékok és helyosztók.

Díjazás: Az 1-3. helyezettek kupákat és érmeket nyernek. Minden játékos és edző ajándékcsomagot kap. Minden csapat oklevelet kap.

22^nd EÖTVÖS SANTA CLAUS CUP

 Invitation to Tender of the Girl Volleyball Tournament

Date of Competition: 09. December 2018.

The Aim of the Competition:

-         popularization of volleyball

-         facilities for competing and playing

-         meeting and making friends between the members of the Hungarian and Foreign teams

-         chance to show their talent

-         win the 22^nd Eötvös Santa Claus Cup

Attendants of the Competition: Sportsclubs, schools whose girl players were born after 1 January 2004.

Place of the Competition: Bolyai János Primary School, 4032 Debrecen, Bolyai street 29.; Vörösmarty Mihály Primary School, 4031 Debrecen, Angyalföld square 4.

Certification:

For teams of Hungarian: Sport Certificate or Student Card

For Foreign teams: Passport is necessary.

Please, note that the trainers always have to keep the certifications by themselves.

Medical certificate is needed in every case.

Organizer of the Competition: Eötvös DSE, Bolyai János Primary School, Vörösmarty Mihály Primary School, Volleyball Federation of Hajdú-Bihar County

Course of Competition:

The game starts with group matches. Every team plays with all of the teams within the group. The final order is formed when the teams create new groups on the basis of their former places.

Prize:  1-3rd places: the teams win cups.

            1-3rd places: the players and the trainers win medals.

            Every team gets a diploma of merit.

            All of the trainers and players get some gifts at the tournament.

               Expenses: Entry fee is 10.000 HU Forint per team.

If you request we can provide for accommodation (3000 HUF/person/night) and board (breakfast 600 HUF, lunch 1000 HUF, dinner 800 HUF).

In case of establishing an exchange visit (or with extra invitation card) the board and the lodging are free, you have to pay only for the entry.
